My work is rooted in a (w)holistic, non-diet, and weight-inclusive approach. I will NOT ask/tell you to count calories, or demand that you go to the gym. I will NOT tell you to lose weight, or change your body. I will NOT prescribe another boring meal plan or an elimination diet. 

Instead, I am here to help you establish a compassionate and trusting relationship with food and your body, and to support you in your journey towards value centered living. You can re-learn to listen to and trust your body, and I can help you get there.
